Put your money where your mouth is. Create 3 goals to write, show up Jan 15 to start and every 15th for the next 3 months. If you accomplish all 3 goals you designed for yourself, then decide to receive payment returned or a SRG Challenge completion shirt.

Rules: Goals must be SMART based aka realistic achievable goals for the timeframe. Participants must attend all three monthly meetings and accomplish all 3 goals they created in order to complete the challenge earnings (money refund or shirt).
