Not everyone who attends our gym has an interest in competing in the boxing ring. Boxing conditioning is beneficial for everyone regardless of when you may need to use your skills. We offer Three options for Group Training:
1. Our Boxing and Strength Classes are fast paced tempo, a great cardio alternative and skills developed with fitness focused training. These classes are held Tuesday and Saturday and highly encourage taking the assessment session prior to any boxing class since basics are not taught in group fitness classes just enhanced upon them.
2. For those wanting to develop the basics and proper technique, then Monday night 5-6pm Group Adult or 6-7 Youth Boxing Programs are designed for all levels to further focus on fundamentals.
3. For those ready to train for a purpose and sign up to fight in the state tournament this spring, we have TEAM SRG Golden Gloves Training Program, it is a 4 month commitment with tournament registration this March and April, 2025. Open to ages 15-40.
